CAN AN IMAGE INSPIRE YOUR WORDS?

I am addicted to www.pinterest.com. Whenever I am short of ideas a quick trawl of Pinterest and I come up with all kinds of ideas.  Maybe too many sometimes.  The problem with a creative mind, as I have said in the past, is that you have more ideas than you can bring to life.  But looking at images can gel things like character details in your mind.  If you are waning a hero in your story to look a certain way, looking online you can find your ideal character. I find it a lot easier to describe what I can see....

Following on, from yesterday’s blog on cars and if women find a nice auto a magnet of attraction to the driver.  I had a couple of conversations with a writer friend who prompted this thought about the car your character drives and what that says about them.  We use props for our characters and vehicles say a lot about the person that drives it.
