At the end of a long day, there is nothing better than climbing into bed with a wonderful novel to lull you off to sleep. It’s like going to bed with a best friend. Or maybe a favorite book boyfriend if you’re into reading romance novels. Some find this a relaxing habit. Others find it exhilarating and then fall into the trap of not being able to put the book down and end up reading all hours into the night. I’ve found myself in that trap more than once, and each time at some point I get so exhausted that I fall asleep with the book in hand. But that never stops me from doing it again. Have you ever done that? Fallen asleep reading, or can’t put a good book down, which category do you fall into?
