Please welcome Starla Kaye back to the blog. Today she’s asking for your opinions. Please step up and help her out!
I am doing something a bit different with this blog post, I am asking for your help. I have a website for my work as Starla Kaye: http://starlakaye.com/ but I want to make sure that I have incorporated what interests readers. If you could take a look at it and offer suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
In addition, I will be creating another website for a new pen name and the new area of writing I will be doing, more women’s fiction with a romantic element. That won’t be stories clearly focused on romance, particularly with an erotic edge to it, like I write for Starla Kaye. So I am interested in what basic elements YOU like to see on an author’s website.
Here is a list of basic elements, contact information, colors, and font types that I would like you to glance at and think about. In your comment, please let me know the key things you like or dislike on a website. If you think of something else I haven’t listed, please add that as well. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this for me (and for any other author who happens to see this).
