Merry Christmas To All Those Who Celebrate!
I just wanted to drop by the blog to wish everyone who celebrates Christmas a merry one. If you don’t celebrate Christmas I hope you have great holidays, whatever ones you are celebrating.
This Christmas Eve finds us in the middle of a big winter snowstorm in southern Iowa. The weather was bad enough when we arrived that we came straight to the hotel and will wait for the road crews to do some clearing before we venture out in the morning.
Though we are disappointed that the weather has kept us from connecting with family I am pleased that we are just a few miles from them and will connect tomorrow, after the road crews clear the snow…and I am grateful that we are holed up safe and sound. I hope that everyone else is equally safe, warm and cozy.
Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays!
Wishing everyone the warmest of holiday wishes, may all your desires be fulfilled in the best way.
Happy holidays to everyone. Hope everything works out for you to get to your loved ones Laurie.
Happy…HAPPY Holidays to all! May your hearts be filled with Love and Hope.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and New Year. I hope the New Year is better one for everybody.
Merry Christmas to everyone. Mine will be pretty quiet as the storm is keeping my family off the roads. Maybe this weekend we can get together.
Hi Wilma,
Well, at least your family is safe off the roads. We’ve not yet left the hotel this morning after getting here last night. The problem isn’t really the roads around here as much as it is the drive at my parents’ house. We’ll be getting together in a little while and then hanging around chatting, but most of the family will not get here until Saturday or maybe even Sunday. I am in Iowa. Where are you? My uncle is down on the border between Iowa and Nebraska and I hear that it is much worse there than it is here.
Hope you get to get together with everyone soon.
Merry Christmas!
Have a safe and Merry Christmas everyone.
Happy Holidays to all!

Happy Holidays to All!
Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Seasons Greetings, Happy Kwanza, Happy Hanukkah – please forgive any spelling errors.
I wish a happy, safe, healthy year to everyone!
Hi, Laurie,…I hope you were able to connect with your family. Although I live in Canada…I live on the Atlantic Coast, and we had a green Christmas! Most of the time the temperature was above freezing and we only had a short snow squall, which turned to rain in a few hours.
My children all live at home, so we had a lovely day together. With everyone working, and on the go, it was nice to have a day we could relax and just spend enjoying each other’s company.
I hope that all the readers had a great Christmas and that everyone has joyous and wonderful New Year.
Cheers everyone,

I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday. We had snow here then ice and rain. We traveled in the afternoon but it was fine. My son is still crazy from all the activities. I just want some quiet but thats not going to happen until New Yr’s Eve. My older granddaughter’s stay for the next 6 days. I must be crazy.
I hope everyone got what they wanted and that the next year is a better one.

Oh, I got my Emu boots but not ereader, so its back to trying to win one. I sure could have used it this week. With 5 kids in one house at a time, I go crazy by Tues. morning.

Hi Laurie,
I do hope your holiday went well and you were able to enjoy it with your family. Here in Georgia, the weather was cool, but not bad. We had two of our four children home with us. would have liked having the other two here, but I still feel blessed.
Hope your journey back home will be safe and less eventful. I wish a Happy New Year to you and the rest of the BVS family!

I love reading blogs on this site and seeing that authors are real, normal people, just like we readers are. LOL
